Description
Participants will be given a 9 week training plan to get them ready to run or walk the 2017 Shamrock Race. Learn about form, injury prevention, increasing speed & distance safely, choosing the right shoes and more! Meet other members in a supportive community. Group run/walks will take place with Coach Kimberly Graime, Saturday mornings at 8am. Meet in the lobby.
