This class is for adults who wish to improve fitness, get more out of lap swim time, and improve strokes and turns. All six swimming strokes are taught, plus turns, diving, and use of the pace clocks for interval training.
Prerequisite: prior swimming experience, the ability to swim at least 15 yards without stopping, comfort with water 5 feet in depth or greater is recommended.
Meet at the red barriers in front of the women's locker room. The instructor will take attendance there and escort you to the poolside. Classes are held in two lanes of the 25-yard pool.
