Event Description

Join us for the first annual “La Vita è Bella” Memorial 5K Walk/Run to raise funds for the Nicole Dondero Memorial Fund. This will be a timed race on a certified 5K course. All participants are welcome to run or walk at their own leisure. All proceeds will go toward supporting Nicole’s passions including student food pantries, youth groups, higher education, and animal welfare organizations.

Nicole was taken from us unexpectedly in November 2019 at 21 years old in an automobile accident. She had planned to graduate this year with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Bridgewater State University. Her family and friends have created this memorial so that the legacy of her giving nature and commitment to kindness and continues.

All who register will receive a commemorative T-Shirt and a Free Ticket to ride the World’s Oldest Running Looff Carousel which runs at the park. Please come and cheer on your favorite runner or walker. Cheer for the cause and make a donation to support all these great charities which will help so many in need.
