Event Description

Join us for the  MCJROTC 5K & SEMPER FIT DAY ,  there will be CROSSFIT instructors. An obstacle course for attendees to try.   Vendor and other Concession stands will be available throughout the day. There will be something for everyone.

T-Shirts to the first 100 pre-registered.

PROCEEDS:

Benefit the NHS MCJROTC and a local charity.

MEDALS AND RIBBONS:
Trophies for the 2 overall winners, Medals for place earnings Overall Male
& Overall Female 1st 2nd 3rd for each age group:
0-9, 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 79 & 80 and over.
There will also be local businesses and Health Screenings in the cafeteria.

All money raised will go to the NHS MCJROTC Program and a local charity.
