Be a Viking and help Conquer Myasthenia Gravis! 

Bring your warrior helmets, horns, beards, and braids for this year’s Viking 5K Run/Walk and Kids Dash. All proceeds support Conquer Myasthenia Gravis. Going strong for 48 years, Conquer MG has given support, information, advocacy, and research funding to those dealing with the rare autoimmune disease. The Viking 5K gives family and friends a chance to lift up their loved ones who struggle with MG! Takes place RAIN or SHINE.Walk the full route & see live elk!

ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSES Friday, June 12, 10am Central time. DAY OF REGISTRATION: $45, $15 per child. Register by Tuesday, May 12, to guarantee your shirt & that it's the correct size. Call 800-888-6208 to special order a size.

EVENT DAY SCHEDULE: Registration opens 8:00 a.m., Welcome 8:45 a.m., 5K Run/Walk begins  9:00 a.m. (runners at the head of the line). Kids Dash starts 10:00 a.m.
