Event Description

Spartan (Redstone) College will be hosting their annual 5K run/walk event on June 17, 2017!  The event will have a new course this year that will take us into the Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport along the runway. This should make for a one of a kind experience. All proceeds generated from the event will be donated to the AeroAngel charity. Your participation will directly support our families, Denver-area kids, and veterans in need of travel for medical care. After the event, beer and snacks will be available and all participants will receive a 5K shirt.  Unique medals will be presented to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place male and female finishers! The registration cost is $35.00 and everything will being going towards the AeroAngel.

Event details and schedule

June 17, 2017:

8:00am start time (runners)

Joggers and walkers will follow the runners start in 30-second intervals

Please arrive no later than 30 minutes before the start to pick up race materials (no pre-race packet pick-up) 

Parking will be availble on-site at the Spartan (Redstone) campus
