In this level, the focus is on comfort and safety in water and children will begin to learn fundamental swimming skills.
*Hold breath underwater for five seconds
*Front/back float unassisted for five seconds
*Front crawl stroke introduced
*Jump from deck into chest-deep water
Exit Skills: Glide, swim on front for five yards, swim on back for five yards, any leg and arm action
