This unique dog-friendly race (5K & 1 Mile - chip timed) on June 27,2020 at Willis D. Tucker Park in Snohomish, allows race participants to run or walk alongside their four-legged buddies.  

The "All About Dogs" Run designed to be a fun-filled experience for community members from all walks of life - from running and fitness enthusiasts, pet lovers, families and kids, to dogs of all breeds and sizes! 

Our mission is to save them all; every dog needs and deserves a loving home.  The "All About Dogs" run will raise important funds to help fuel our monthly transports of dogs from high kill areas to the Northwest and Northeast parts of the U.S.  To date Project Freedom Ride has helped save over 2,500 dogs by relocating them to loving families.

Where: Willis D. Tucker Community Park, Snohomish, WA 
Who: This event is for walkers, runners, and their dogs! We are excited to offer this event for athletes and their dogs and hope everyone has a fun time.

Packet Pick-Up: 

Friday, June 26, 2020 –Location to be determined.  A transport from Texas will be arriving in Washington on June 26, 2020.  Packet pickup will be at two locations meeting transport.  


Race Day Schedule (June 27, 2020):

8:45 AM - Registration & Vendor Booths open

9:30 AM - 5K Starts

9:40 AM - 1 Mile Starts

10:15 AM - Awards

11:00 AM to 4:00 PM- 2nd Annual Project Freedom Ride Reunion (open to the public)


Other Event Details:

  • While we love offering T-shirts as part of your registration, please register before 11:59pm June 10, 2020 for shirt size to be guaranteed. If you register after this date shirts sizes cannot be guaranteed and will be available first come, first serve.  
  • Prizes will be awarded to top three finishers in the following age groups 10 & under, 11-14, 15-18 and overall male (1st-3rd) and overall female (1st– 3rd) in both the 5K & 1 mile and First DOG!!! 
  • Project Freedom Ride’s 2ndAnnual Reunion of adopters, supporters and animal lovers will kick off at 11:00 am.  Make plans to stick around to learn more about PFR, visit vendor booths, chat with adopters and with our Texas Rescue Partners.  

All Dogs must be leashed and vaccinated. Please keep your dogs by your side at all times, keep retractable leashes locked and clean up after your pet.
