Event Description

Come out and enjoy a morning of fun and racing with your friends at Splash & Dash. Splash & Dash is a unique event with a relaxed atmosphere that is suitable for all levels of athlete. Whether fine tuning for that big race or getting your feet wet at your first multisport event, Splash & Dash is the place to be!

We are hopeful to bring this event to Arizona. However, we are prepared for yet another event cancellation due to the ever-evolving COVID situation. We will offer entry-fee and USA Triathlon membership refunds if the event is cancelled. Please note there will be no water stations on the run course. As such, athletes will need be prepared and bring enough fluids for their run as well as fluids and nutrition for pre and post race.

6:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. Packet pick up and late registration at race site
7:30 a.m. 40000m Open water swim
8:00 a.m. 2000m Open water swim / 2000m Splash & Dash begins
8:30 a.m. 1000m Open water swim / 1000m Splash & Dash begins
9:00 a.m. Must be on final loop of 4000m swim
