Event Description

Luke's Locker will furnish participants a FREE 9 Week training program for Walkers and Runners wanting to build a consistent weekly workout for 5K (3.1 miles) or 10K (6.2 miles) distances.  There will not be scheduled meeting dates or times, but Luke's Locker wanted to provide participants a plan to follow on their own.
