Event Description

this is a virtual race, you run where ever, whenever, on your own schedule, 

you can do it in one day, 2 days, 10 days, run alone, with your best friend or friends, with your dog 

the goal is to run 19k (11.81 miles) 

get off the couch, go breaths some fresh air.

everybody will receive a T-shirt and a medal,
