Event Description

Run the Rocks is a 14th annual October 5k, 10K and 1.3 mile fun run event hosted by the American Lung Association in the legendary Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre.  Voted one of the best 20 runs to do in 2020 by The Denver Post, Run the Rocks brings together a community of people and teams who champion lung health and given hope and strength to those living with lung disease. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic and the particular threat it poses to those with lung disease, we are honored to host this fundraising event and support efforts to treat COVID-19 and prevent future respiratory illnesses.
