Description
Class focuses on technique and endurance reinforcing positive swimming skills and building stamina. Swimmers can move on when they swim the length of the pool using front crawl, back stroke, breast stroke, side stroke and elementary back stroke with good breathing and stroke techniques. Suggested ages 5 - 12 years
