Event Description

Moab, Utah will be the home of our 2017 Triathlon Training Camp for the Western United States. Our Triathlon camps provide direct coach to athlete instruction in all areas of the sport. Here is what you can expect:

  • Feedback in: swim technique, bike position, and running bio-mechanics
  • Camraderie with fellow athletes
  • Sag supported bike rides with nutrition refill stops
  • New learning (2 optional evening training symposiums to encourage growth as an athlete healthy)
  • High volume training with built recovery

Thursday:

3:00 PM -5:00 Coaches Ride – Getting in early? Join both of the TTR coaches for a flat easy ride.

Friday:

7:00 AM – 8:15 AM Group Swim Moab Recreation & Aquatic Center

9:45 AM – 2:00 PM Arches Park Ride (50-70 mile options)

4:00 PM – 4:45 PM Group Run

6:00 PM – 7:00 PM Planning Your Race Season Presentation with Coach Dan

Saturday:

7:00 AM-1:00 PM Canyonlands National Park Ride (40-65 mile options)

2:30 PM – 3:15 PM Group Recovery Run

6:00 PM – 6:45 PM Nailing Your Athlete Nutrition with Coach Erich

Sunday:

6:00 AM -7:30 AM Group Run

At the conclusion of the run athletes will have the chance to pack up and leave knowing they put in some great work to get themselves one step closer to a great 2017 race season.
