Event Description

Some call her Mom. Some call her MiMi. Many call her Machele, Mrs. Trachier, Mrs. Coach T! This race is for "M" who we all love dearly.

As many of you are aware, Machele was in a motorcycle accident on June 1st where she was blindsided by a deer. By the grace of God she had no brain or spinal injuries, but the damage to her body was significant. After being transported to 3 different hospitals in Arkansas, she underwent 2 major surgeries and spent 2 weeks in the UAMS Little Rock trauma floor. She is now headed to an inpatient rehab center (TIRR) in the The Woodlands, TX where we anticipate she will stay for 3-4 weeks before being released to outpatient (in-home) therapy. 

100% of the proceeds of this event will be donated to Machele & Steve Trachier to help with unexpected medical expenses and expenses of living in a different state / city for 2 months. Although she does have insurance, some of the required transport and treatment is not being covered by insurance.
