Rhody 143 Family Programs proudly presents the 1st Annual Brave Waves Virtual 5k.
Rhody 143 Family Programs is a nonprofit that serves the needs of the members and families of the Rhode Island Air National Guard. We strive to provide positive activities for our families and children.
Every participant receives a T-shirt, medal, and additional swag. See below for photos.
HOW IT WORKS:
- You REGISTER online for the Brave Waves Virtual 5K
- You will receive T-SHIRT and MEDAL pick up date
- We EMAIL YOU a virtual race bib & finisher certificate
- 100% of net proceeds will go directly to RHODY 143 Family Programs
- Share your 5K PHOTOS ON INSTAGRAM using #BraveWavesVirtua5K
- Follow the INSTAGRAM race page @Bravewaves5K and tag us
- REFER YOUR FRIENDS to earn cash back & gift card
PLACE:
ANYTIME & ANYWHERE! The Brave Waves Virtual 5K can be completed in your own neighborhood, on your favorite trail, or even on the treadmill
