Event Description
On October 31, 2020, we will be holding our 9th Annual LCEC Goblin Gallop to benefit the United Way. The Goblin Gallop 5K Run/Walk will be held at Jaycee Park in Cape Coral. There will also be a Virtual Race option that you can complete at any time from now until race day. Since its inception, this 5k has netted over $16,862 for the United Way! Sign-up today and join others as we help our community!
We invite you to come to the 5K dressed in your spooktacular best (a.k.a. Halloween costume) although costumes are not required.
To keep all participants safe, there will be no registration on the day of the event. As race day approaches, if large gatherings are not permitted, this event will be completely virtual. Packet pickup will be October 29-30, 2020 for both style events.
We will be following all CDC guidelines. If you are sick, please stay home and consider your race fee as a donation. All event volunteers will be wearing face covering. There will be a grand prize for overall male and female, there will be no award ceremony.

Event Info
Race begins and ends at Jaycee Park (4125 SE 20th PL) in Cape Coral at 7:30 a.m. This event will include bottled water, but due to safety concerns, there will be no other post-race refreshments.
Please note, price will increase prior to the event. If there is incliment weather on race day your race entry will be considered a donation.
Award Info
There will be an award for overall male and female. There will be no award ceremony. Race results will be posted on site and a link will be provided on the LCEC 5k Facebook page.
Packet Pickup
Thursday, October 29-Friday, October 30, from 10 a.m.-6:30 p.m. at The Run Shoppe, 1407 Cape Coral Pkwy., Cape Coral, FL 33904. All virtual racers can pick up their items during packet pickup.
