Event Description

The Reynoldsburg Division of Police, the City of Reynoldsburg Parks and Recreation, and the Truro Township Fire Department are joining forces to raise money for Hope for the Warriors ® by hosting the Heroes for Heroes 5k Obstacle Course.

Who is Hope for the Warriors®? Hope For The Warriors® is a non-profit organization whose mission is to enhance the quality of life for post-9/11 service members, their families, and families of the fallen who have sustained physical and psychological wounds in the line of duty. Hope For The Warriors® is dedicated to restoring a sense of self, restoring the family unit, and restoring hope for our service members and our military families.

What is the Heroes for Heroes 5k Obstacle Course?

Heroes for Heroes 5k is a fundraising event the City of Reynoldsburg created to benefit Hope for the Warriors®. The Reynoldsburg Division of Police, the City of Reynoldsburg Parks and Recreation, and the Truro Township Fire Department will be hosting the 5k Obstacle Course where 1 to 4 person teams or individuals will compete together to run an obstacle course which includes walls, low crawls, traversing through water, mud pits, Israeli sled pull, and tire flips among others. Public safety, military personnel, as well as citizens from all over Ohio, are invited to compete in this challenge.

TEAM PRICING

The first person setting up the team will pay an entry fee for the whole team ($50-60) then each member that joins the team will be able to add their info at no cost.
