Event Description

Cancer doesn't stop for COVID. Let's all continue the Legacy, run or walk 5K to help support the Leave a Legacy Foundation! You can run or walk on October 3rd wherever you are. All the funds raised for this event will stay in Southwest Kansas and will be used to support those fighting the battle with cancer.

Race participants will still get our "Cancer Doesn't Stop for COVID" t-shirt, race bib and runner bag.  Bags will be available for pick up on September 30 and October 1 at Heartland Cancer Center, 410 E. Spruce in Garden City.  There will be a drive by shirt pick up from 5-7 PM each of these evenings.  If you are unable to pick up your bag, please select the shipping option in the store and we will gladly mail your runner bag to you. 

Due to the current COVID situation and concern to keep the cancer center patients healthy and safe runner bags will NOT be available for pick up inside the cancer center.
