Description
Focuses on individual fitness goals in a small group class. The sessions focus on full body, functional strength and cardio intervals. This is a great class to learn some routines that you can do at home, make sure that you are exercising correctly, and take your workouts to the next level. Workouts will be challenging, but can be modified to fit any level. Available to ages 15 and up.
Participants need to wear comfortable athletic clothing, tennis shoes and bring a water bottle, yoga mat, and one set of medium weights. No class October 5.
