We are excited to announce that for the first time, we are hosting a virtual 1K, 3K, 5K & 10K race. Join us for a Virtual race to raise funds for our battle against COVID-19. The Coronavirus crisis has taxed our resources and Sayre Christian Village residents & caregivers need your help!
IMPORTANT RACE DATES
Registration July 20th - August 9th
Race ANYTIME from August 28th - September 7th.
RACE TYPES
We are offering four different race lengths. There will be a 1 mile fun run for kids, a 3K, a 5K, and a 10K available so that any and all willing participants of all experience levels can participate!
If you have been thinking of a way to help, but are just at a loss for where to start...your support will make a big impact here at Sayre Christian Village.
Your donations will help us offset the daily costs of doing business during this time (costs associated with testing, PPE, extra cleaning supplies, etc) AND help us procure items that help to engage residents during a time with no visitors.
RACE RULES
pick your race type (1 mile fun run, 3K, 5K, or 10K), run (or walk) race wherever and however you choose to do so...on the treadmill, on a road, at your local park, at the track, or around your house..... whatever works for you! Don't forget to record your time. We will have directions for uploading your time to be given once you register. Packet Pick-Up Info will be given upon registration!
SWAG
The top finishers in each category, both male & female, will receive a medal! We will be sending swag to the top 3 finishers in each category as well! Every participant will receive a t-shirt if signed up before August 10th.
