Event Description

What a great way to celebrate Oct.10, 2020 by running (solo, or as part of a relay team) a race that is ten miles out and ten miles back for a total of 20 miles on 10-10-20. We have the race for you but it's going to be much more than just another race. 

It's an an all-inclusive event with an awesome Post Race Party to include  live music, games, great food & beverages provided by the fine folks at historic Indian Fields Tavern in Charles City. Your food and first beer or wine  are included with the registration fee.  The fun is included also.

The race route is one of the most scenic in Central Virginia and you are guaranteed to feel inspired about completing the challenge. 

We will have fully supported aid stations with a lot more than a dixie cup of luke-warm water available. Some of you may just hang out at the aid station to enjoy sampling the fare.  It will be like Saturday morning in Costco with samples at every table.

If you are like most runners, you have more race shirts than you know what to do with.  Most are sitting in a drawer with all the others and hardly ever worn.  We are working on an awesome race shirt for our runners. The race shirt you will receive as a runner of the Indian Fields 10-10-20 will be one that you will be proud to wear for years to come.  It might become your favorite ever!   Male and Female shirts will be available.

We will have safety measures in place to comply with COVID-19 mandates and regulations. 

All this to say...........get ready for some Unprecedented Fun during these Unprecedented Times.  Register quickly because we are initially capping the event at 150 total participants which includes solo runners and teams of two or four.
