Event Description

We will be holding our Annual Marquette County Suicide Prevention walk this year “virtually” the week of Monday September 28th-Saturday October 3rd.  As you know, this year is unprecedented for annual community events and our walk committee feels it is still vital for our community to hold an event to recognize suicide prevention, suicide loss survivors, attempt survivors and family and loved ones of those who struggle.

Participants can complete their walk at any time during the week of Sept 28th- Oct 3rd while ensuring that everyone stays healthy and safe while adhering to social distancing guidelines. You can still raise money through the run-sign up link that will be provided in the Facebook Event page and registrations completed by August 31st will get a walk t-shirt. Once registration closes, we will have t-shirts locally produced and set up dates/times for pick up in Marquette, Negaunee, and Ishpeming.  We will also offer a door-step delivery for those that may need that option.
