Event Description
Registration for the 23rd LA Cancer Challenge 5K Walk/Run is now open. At the heart of the LACC, which has raised over $8.8 million to date, our goal is to unite generations, young and old, through physical fitness to create public awareness and raise much-needed funds for pancreatic cancer research. Despite what is happening globally, pancreatic cancer patients are being diagnosed every single day. Our mission to walk for research and race towards a cure for pancreatic cancer remains steadfast. To help maintain our momentum in fighting this disease, we’re calling on our pancreatic cancer community to join us. When you register as a LACC virtual walker/runner, you’ll be participating in a nationwide awareness event that can be completed any time*, any place and at any pace you choose. We are committed to our relentless pursuit of a cure, but we can’t do it without rallying our LACC family. Help be part of the cure for pancreatic cancer - register today! *Our goal is to have all virtual events completed by October 25, 2020.
