About the Run
The Foothills Dash is a 5K and 10K fun run in Orting to benefit recreation programs for youths. This fun run / walk takes place on the Foothills Trail and is open to people of all ages and ability levels. The 5K and 10K courses are USATF certified. Courses start and finish at the Orting Eagle Lodge. The Foothills Trail is paved and provides flat areas and easy slopes.

Awards
Separate divisions for females and males will have awards given to first, second and third place finishers in each division.

Refreshments & Proceeds
Refreshments will be provided on the day of the race. All proceeds benefit recreation programs for youths and adults with disabilities.

Registration
Pre-register by February17 at the Pierce County Parks administrative office in the Lakewood Community Center. Forms must be received by February 21 to be eligible for the pre-registration fee. All forms received after this date will be charged the day of event fee. T-shirts are available to purchase the day of event while supplies last.

$15 - T-shirt day of event while supplies last

Bib Numbers
Pre-registered participants are encouraged to pick up their bib numbers, race bags and t-shirts before race day at the Lakewood Community Center, located at 9112 Lakewood Drive SW, on the following day:
Wednesday, February 28 from 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.
