White County Middle School presents to you the WARRIOR CHALLENGE! A friendly challenge to promote health and fitness involving the entire community!
Struggling with motivation? Looking to take control of your health? Want something positive to look forward to?
Join the RUN LIKE A WARRIOR CHALLENGE - Look Good, Feel Good, Do Good!
Our 31 day Challenge will help you build healthy habits and become part of our community to help you achieve your health goals.
First, we hope you and your family are staying safe through the current pandemic. We know things are different this school year and a lot of your favorite activities to do together may be on hold for now. We want to challenge you to commit to putting in _____ miles in October how you enjoy: running,walking, -or- hiking! We have included a little friendly competition between schools to keep things fun, while social distancing of course! We all feel a little better when we exercise regularly - but sometimes we need a little extra motivation and accountability to get out the door. Anyone can do it - the only thing you are giving up is a binge season of your favorite Netflix show! Physical activity of any kind is great for the heart and mental health! We suggest making your minutes count by being intentional with this challenge and not counting your steps or time at work. Even better, take the RUN LIKE A WARRIOR CHALLENGE with your whole family and enjoy time together!
All Participants will receive a shirt by mail to your door! We will begin shipping the last week of October! All made in the USA! All minutes of activity must be submitted at your unique results page each day or each time you complete an activity (you can enter activity from previous days or whatever is convenient for you!).
A drive-thru pick-up will be available to receive your challenge SWAG - more details will be posted soon on this. You can add on shipping of your items direct to you if you prefer or are not local via USPS. You will receive email with tracking # when your item ships!

The highways are not open for pedestrian traffic, this is a virtual run/walk only, please do not gather as a crowd in any one location at the same time.
