Run an individual, virtual race at your own pace for any distance you choose on September 16th. Register any time before September 16th.
What is a Virtual Race?
A virtual race can be run (or jogged, or walked) from any location you choose. You can race on a road, a trail, the treadmill or on a track.
How to Complete Your Virtual Race:
Once you have signed up for the race, decide on the distance you want to complete and then lace up and finish your race. We recommend starting at 4:15PM EST, the official time of the Health & Wellness sessions. You must track your results, which you can do with any running app that records distance and time. Recommended apps include, Strave, Fitbit, NRC and Map My Run.
