Run Scottsville Run! Virtual 5K!

Due to circumstances, we are unable to host our 4th Annual Chamber 5K Run/Walk, so this year we are partnering with Med Center Health for a Virtual 5K! Even though we can't run together, we can still keep our health in tip-top shape with a little competition! We are going to keep on running just like Forrest Gump!

Here's the details:
~Register for the race at runsignup.com 
~$20/adult (shirt included)
~Complete your virtual 5K between October 2nd-111th
~Keep up with your race time on your phone, watch, etc. Take a picture of your completion time and submit it at this link: https://runsignup.com/Race/Results/99046#resultSetId-214673;perpage:100 
~That's it! Upload your sweaty selfie afterwards to our Facebook page so we can see everyone! Make sure you follow our Facebook page for important updates as well. https://www.facebook.com/events/2690788577857851 
~After the 10 day time frame, we will announce our 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place winners and their times on our Facebook page linked above!
~Everyone that participates will receive a fun Forrest Gump t-shirt! Shirts will be available for pick-up at The Washington Center at a later date. Pickup details will be announced later.
