Event Description
Due to the current pandemic of COVID-19, we have made the difficult decision to transition our annual Take a Breath for Sarcoidosis 5K run & 1 mile walk to a virtual run and walk. Our top priority is the safety and well-being of our participants and community. While we will not all be walking or running together, we hope you will join us to walk or run from wherever you are in support of our Life & Breath Foundation families.
Please join us for our virtual run & walk between October 10 - 24, 2020! Each 5k and 1 mile walk participant will receive a t-shirt and wristband showing your support for the Life & Breath Foundation and for those dealing with Sarcoidosis.

Race options:
Click SIGN UP to register as a race participant. You will have the option of making a donation to the Life & Breath Foundation during the registration process.
- 5k Run/Walk participant with t-shirt – $30
- 1M walk participant with t-shirt – $30
- "Silent Hero" – $30 to support the cause, even if you can't participate.
- 5K Run/Walk or 1M walk participant without t-shirt - $20
*All t-shirts and packets will be mailed to participants.
If you choose not to participate as a Runner/Walker/Silent Hero, you can make a donation to the Life & Breath Foundation by clicking DONATE at the top of this page.
Awards - we will be recognizing the Fundraising Team with the most donations to the Life & Breath Foundation and the Individual Fundraiser who brings in the most donations.
