#VanGUARDYourHealth Virtual 5K with ASU-Beebe

Anywhere you like! The Virtual Run can be completed in your own neighborhood, at a local park, or even the treadmill. Sign up and then gather some friends, decide on a route, and, of course, plan how you'll celebrate after you rock your 5K!

Event Description

Students, faculty, and staff are invited to participate in a Virtual 5K race Thu., Oct 1st through Fri, Oct 16th.  A virtual 5K is a race you can run at any location, at your pace, outside or on a treadmill, alone or with a group of friends.

1) Register for the Virtual Run and stop by the Student Life Office to pick-up your free t-shirt & race bib.

2) Simply record your 3.1 miles run, jog, or walk any time between Thu., Oct 1st through Fri, Oct 16th in the free Nike Run Club app.

3) After you get done rocking your 3.1 miles, submit your time on the race website.

4) Student Life will email you to ship/ pick-up your #VanGUARDYourHealth 5K finisher's medal.

Be sure to post your Nike Run Club “run” results on Instagram or the ASUB Mobile app using the hashtag #VanGUARDYourHealth5K.
