Event Description

This meet is an opportunity for Junior High (IESA) students to run a head-to-head competitive event to finish off their Junior High Season.  The event will take place at Eastview Christian Church (1500 North Airport Rd, Normal IL) on Saturday October 24.

The meet will be organized into 4 waves of 50 runners for each gender.  Participants will submit their expected 2 Mile seed time and will be assigned a start time.  Participants will be assigned their wave based on their seed time, with fastest runners going in the first wave.  This gives all runners registering an opportunity to compete head-to-head with runners of similar ability.  Applications not required, any junior high cross country runner seeking a competitive experience may register.

Participants will receive notification of their start time on or before Friday, October 23rd.

All participants must be registered and paid for by their parent or guardian. In accordance with IESA guidelines, all participants must be residents of the Restore Illinois NORTH-CENTRAL Region (Bureau, Fulton, Grundy, Henderson, Henry, Kendall, Knox, La Salle, Livingston, Marshall, McDonough, McLean, Mercer, Peoria, Putnam, Rock Island, Stark, Tazewell, Warren, and Woodford Counties).
