Be part of Spartanburg's most spooktacular Halloween event
The Trick or Trot 5K & Kid's Zombie Dash!
Runners, walkers, and zombies are invited to the Mary Black Rail Trail on Saturday, Oct. 31. Choose from four optional heats: 8:30am, 9:15am, 10am, or 11am, then complete either the 5K course or quarter-mile zombie loop to compete for prizes and awards. No matter the distance, all finishers receive candy, candy, and more candy at the finish line!
Check in @The Rail Yard on Saturday morning between 7am-11am to obtain race materials. 5K registrants who register before Oct. 15th will receive a commemorative Silipint™. Race proceeds to benefit Partners for Active Living.

- Top 3 fastest male and female in each age group: 18 and under, 19-23, 24-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+
- Top 10 closest to predicted times
- Top 3 best costumes

RunGSP is excited to return to racing! We've spent months researching what industry leaders are implementing and developing our own Covid-19 protocols that reflect the most current information available. A few noticeable additions you'll find on site are:
- Reduced participant density at the start line
- Physical barriers between volunteers and participants
- Sanitation stations throughout common areas
