Event Description

Safe environment to master  open water swimming.  Kayak escort.

 Want to  get ready for a triathlon , or a Masters Open Water Swim event?

Each class you can swim longer, get fitter  or keep the same yardage.   Usually one mile is the limit.  However, we are flexible!

Lois Marquart is a USAT Certified triathlon coach, All American, and Team USA member.  Has been racing  since 1993 and began coaching in 2000.  Lois has a Bachelor of Science degree  in Sport Science from Indiana University.

Event details and schedule

fStart time 6:15pm.  Put wetsuit on up to your waiste to be ready for clinic, then we swim.

ALL LEVELS WELCOME!

Bring towel, goggles, neoprene booties & cap, and warm clothes for after.

Wetsuit mandatory--not the booties or neoprene cap--those are optional.

The course is 200m wide with 1 buoy at each end.  SWIM AT YOUR SPEED .

Lots of parking at Harry Todd Park.

Lois will be under the picnic shelter.
