Event Description

The primary focus of the event is to promote awareness of and raise funds for the condition of congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH). The event will consist of a 5K run, 5k walk. 10K run, 10K relay, and Kids fun runs in Cook Park. The run course is stroller-friendly and will consist of an urban trail winding through open green spaces and forested areas and providing a unique running experience. All participants get a shirt (if registered before the deadline), a medal, and post-race refreshments! This is the 6th year of this charity race that has raised over $100,000 to help NW families and for CDH research.
