Join us virtually on November 24-28th for the first Virtual Turkey Trot 5K hosted by Team 21 to Life! Run, walk, skip or jog in your neighborhood, in a local park, or on a treadmill at home. Be sure to snap some photos as you complete your 5K and post them on social media tagging @ollybert on Instagram and using #runningforHIC.
REGISTRATION DETAILS
Registration for the Virtual Turkey Trot 5K is $10. 100% of your registration fee will go directly to Happiness is Camping, a free summer camp for children with cancer! This entry fee is for participants of all ages. The last day to register for the 5K only is November 28, 2020.
OPTIONAL TRAINING PROGRAM
Are you interested in training alongside a former track & field star? Join my 30 day training program to get you to the finish line of the Virtual Turkey Trot 5K! It is the perfect choice if you’re looking for a guided running program paired with resistance training. When you enroll in the training program you will receive a get started guide, three different workout/running calendars to choose from, tips on how to run and suggested Spotify playlists. You will also have access to nutrition guides and all-natural pre- and post-workout drinks to help fuel your body while you train. Wait! There's more! When you enroll in the training program, your Virtual Turkey Trot 5K registration fee is waived and 10% of your training program fee will go directly to Happiness is Camping, a free summer camp for children with cancer! The last day to enroll in the training program is October 28, 2020.
RACE RESULTS SUBMISSION
You'll have the option to track and submit your finish time for the 5K you complete. Finish times must be submitted by 11:59pm on November 28, 2020 to earn a completion certificate and be eligible door prizes. Those who enroll in the training program and complete the 5K will also receive a finisher's medal! Registrants will receive email instructions on how to submit their finish time.
