2021 UNC Health Southeastern 5K

Top Prizes Open Category M & F = $1,000!

Very Flat, fast, and fun. Course is measured and certified. 2021 UNC Health Southeast 5K Race will have a Staggered Start (every 10 minutes from 9:00AM until Noon). All runners must wear masks and follow all NC and CDC health & safety guidelines. All who are registered prior to February 1st will receive a free t-shirt. Prize money for the 5K in the top 5 male and female in Open (1st=$1,000; 2nd=$750; 3rd=$500; 4th=$400; and 5th=$300: top 3 male & female in Masters (1st=$150; 2nd=$125; 3rd=$100) and top 3 male & female in Grand Masters (1st=$100; 2nd=$75; 3rd=$50) divisions.   Active.com registration closes on 5 March 2021, BUT participants can still register onsite the morning of 6 March.   These races are the Rumba on the Lumber Festival 2021.

Event details and schedule

For Social Distancing and NC COVID assembly regulations, all runners should arrive 20 minutes prior to their starting time. All runners should leave the area after their run. All prizes will be mailed to the winners.

 UNC Health Southeastern 5K will have a Staggered Start from 9:00 AM until Noon on March 6, 2021. You sign up for your starting time on Active.com when you register.
