Since Halloween falls on a Saturday this year, we decided to have a little fun..... Our first ever Spooktrackular Halloween Run! We are going to pretend that our Shopping Center is a running track!
Stop by Fleet Feet Poughkeepsie anytime on Saturday 10/31 (12am-11:59pm), run or walk a lap around the shopping center wearing a Halloween Costume and be entered to win one of five $20 Fleet Feet Gift Cards. Run multiple laps and earn an entry into the drawing for every lap completed. Participants can run or walk as many laps as they would like but can obviously increase their chances of winning a gift card by running more laps. We will also be automatically awarding a $25 gift card to the person who completes the most laps and another $25 gift card to the person with the best costume (as judged by our Fleet Feet team). To enter the costume contest you will need to stop by the store between 10am-5pm on 10/31 to fill out an entry form which includes us snapping a photo of your costume. All winners will be announced by end of day on Monday 11/2. It's just $5 to register! Let's have some fun!
Additional Details/Rules (Please read before registering):
* The laps will take place at the Shoppes at South Hills Shopping Center. You can take any route that you would like (start/end at any spot, go any direction etc.) however each lap must be at least a mile.
* Runs should be recorded using GPS (watch or app) and will be loaded into Run Signup for verification of completion. Laps do NOT need to be individually recorded and you can leave and come back throughout the day if you wish.
* Laps can be completed anytime on 10/31, that means 12am-11:59pm for those who are really serious about going the distance!
* The Shoppes at South Hills is very large and offers plenty of space but we ask that you be respectful of the guidelines that have been put forth regarding social distancing, large groups etc.
* All participants must enter their total number of laps into Run Signup by Sunday 11/1 at 10am. Instructions will be sent to all participants on how to submit your final number of laps completed on Friday 10/30 or Saturday 10/31 for those who register late.
* $20 gift cards are limited to one per participant so even if we pull your name multiple times during the drawing, you only win once!
* This is a self supported event, so please bring everything that you will need - no water, fuel or bathrooms will be provided.
