Join us in our 140 over 90 Run Challenge. This is YOUR event, YOUR way. Want to run 140 miles in 90 days, amazing! 14,090 steps a day average, great! 140 minutes of activity each week…. you’re doing great!
The Challenge goes from January 16th, 2021 - December 31, 2021
Steps to Challenge:
Step 1: Register and choose your goal: miles or minutes of activity
Step 2: Receive instructions via email after registration to a private Facebook group, how to log your activities into RunSignup, and how to create a fundraising page (if you want!)
Step 3: Watch your progress and earn badges along the way
Step 4: Receive your swag on your doorstep
Step 5: Join us for monthly challenges to keep you engaged and on track. Let’s be movers and shakers while promoting our own health and saving the lives of others.
Registration for Year-Round Challenge: Adults: $59; Preeclampsia Survivors: Save $10 on your registration when you self-declare during the registration process. Please register by June 1st, 2021 so we can ensure your medal, shirt, and other swag!
Course/Timing: You pick the date. You pick your route. You have your FUN!
Prizes: We will have prizes throughout the event for contests as well as accomplishment badges to earn during the year-round challenge.

Mile conversions for General Exercising if you want to use other forms of exercise for miles!
Run/Walk/Stationary or Spin Bike 1 mile = 1 mile
OR bootcamp yoga, zumba etc are at 15 minutes of exercise = a mile
Road biking and swimming are excluded from this event due to liability. When inputting your miles in the RunSignUp Tracker, please do mile-for-mile with running and walking, and keep the above mentioned in mind for other general exercising conversions.
If you are using minutes, just log em' as you earn em'!
