Event Description

Specially designed by the US Marines as one of their TOUGHEST workout drills.  Particiapnts run suicide drills to each cone where an exericse is done.  Exercises "ladder up" & include sit-ups, mountain climbers, burpees, etc.  Prizes to TOP Survivors!  For ALL Fitness levels - compete or simply do what you can.  $10 entry fee includes $5 discount for 2021 Beast Boot Camp 5K!.
