Event Description

Come out to the Georgia International Horse Park in Conyers GA and run the Phoenix Pass - Greystone Ob/Gyn Frosty 5K.  The race will be an Official AJC Peachtree Road Race Qualifier.

Run at Home Option: You may run your 3.1 distance any day between Jan. 16 and Jan 23. Submit your times to this link: http://tiny.cc/PhoenixPassFrosty5KTimes

Run at Home participants are not eligible for awards and may not use this time as a PTQ. T-shirts will be mailed to you after the event. Run at Home participants will be placed at the end of age groups for series results.

Event details and schedule

Race Day Registration and Packet Pickup: Begins at 8AM

5K: Starts at 9AM

Awards: Top 3 Male and Female, Masters Male and Female, and 3 deep in standard age group from 10 and under to 75 and Over.  Traveling Trophy will be awarded to the team with the most entrants.

Timing and Results: Finish line management and results provided by Classic Race Services with results posted to www.classicraceservices.com, www.active.com, www.athlinks.com.

Shirts and Goodies: Shirts are guaranteed to those who register by 1/11/21.  Those registering after that date and on race day are not guaranteed a shirt or size.  There will be plenty of refreshments.

Series Affiliation: The race is part of the 2021 Black Bag Race Series.

Other Info: In case of rain, the races will go on.  Delay of the start may happen in case of severe weather in the area at race time.  If severe weather continues, then the race director or local authorities may make the call to cancel the race at that time.  Sorry, no refunds.
