Join the Wolf Pack in beautiful Cincinnati, Ohio for two days of trail running complimented by Yoga, exciting presentations, beer pairings, and live music!

Friday, October 1
- 3-5pm: Register @ the Wolf Pack headquarters
- 6pm: Yoga @ the Wolf Pack headquarters
- 6:30pm: 5K run and 10K warmup runs
- 8:00pm: Enjoy a micro and a short film at the Wolf Pack headquarters
Saturday, October 2
- 8-10am: Breakfast of local coffee, tea, bagels, and fruit at the Wolf Pack headquarters
- 10am: 13.1 mile paced trail run begins. Two pace groups. 1:45-2 hours, 2-2:15 hours. Faster/slower runners are welcome (GPX files will be provided)
- 11am: 10K paced trail run begins. Two pace groups, 45 minutes and 1 hour. Faster/slower runners are welcome (GPX files will be provided)
- 12pm-2pm: Massages @ the Wolf Pack headquarters
- 12:30pm: Yoga and snacks @ the Wolf Pack headquarters
- 4-6pm: 5K beer and tapas historical walking tour of Cincinnati
- 7pm: Local micros and live music at the Wolf Pack headquarters
- 9pm-?: Put on your dancing shoes and HOWL WITH THE PACK in bustling downtown Cincinnati
Sunday, October 3
- 8-9am: Breakfast of local coffee, tea, bagels, and fruit at the Wolf Pack headquarters
- 9am: 5K run walk through several sections of downtown Boise including the historic district
- 10am: Fairwell Yoga session
- Three paced runs
- One guided walk (Tapa's tour)
- Two breakfasts
- Two nights of films/presentations
- Two (as much as you can stand) local micro brew tastings
