Event Description

With relation to the upcoming St. Patrick's holiday in March of 2021, we invite you to come to Vineyard City for our Gold Rush race series! Having been acknowledged as one of the fastest growing cities in the Nation, Vineyard City has already begun to make a name for itself! We are excited to offer a 10K, 5K, & Kids 1K as part of our 2021 Gold Rush Race Series! The flat 10K & 5K race courses are to be chip-timed. They are include a beautiful trail view of Utah Lake, as well as the opportunity to receive a real Golden Dollar coin if you can beat the Leprechaun for your race! The Kids 1K race is to consist of a race course in the shape of a 4-leaf Clover @ Gammon Park.

GROUP DISCOUNT:

For groups of 3-10 persons living within the same household that want to register for any of the 2021 Gold Rush races, the cost for the entire group is just $30! This does not include race shirts. If race shirts are wanted in addition to the group rate, the cost is an additional $10 per shirt. To receive the group discount code, please e-mail the Race Director @ brianv@vineyardutah.org. He will need to know how many are in your household group, which race each group member wants to participate in, and the shirt sizes for every group member that would like to receive a shirt. 

*Persons who register after February 28th, 2021 are not guaranteed to receive a race shirt*

In the case that the Utah State COVID-19 precautions limit social gatherings at the time of this race, we will plan to have up to 20 persons begin this race about every 5 minutes. If we need to cancel this race because of COVID-19 precautions, you are to receive a full refund. 

AWARDS:

• Top Overall Female and Male Finishers for each race are to receive a trophy!
• The top 3 male and female finishers in each age division are to win a four-leaf clover medal. Age Divisions for this race are to be determined by March 5th, 2021.
• Each participant is to be entered into the race raffle!
