Event Description

Ready to put 2020 in the rear view and start fresh in 2021? Join us during the month of January for a fitness challenge. Test yourself and help the community at the same time. F3 Coastal Empire is hosting an event you dont wan’t to miss out on.

In Person Challenge:

Run / walk / ruck a 5K trail run through Tom Tripplet Park, followed by three body weight exercises (and/or for the advanced - whatever we decide to through at you!!!) Runners who do not participate in the fitness portion will be separately scored. Anyone who participates in the 5k/fitness challenge is automatically eligible to participate in the virtual Challenge as well. 

The Virtual Challenge:

Join us for a weekly workout challenge - We will send out the challenge each monday for 4 weeks and you have till Friday to post your results. Be part of our facebook community group as we work through these challenges together.

Our local F3 group (Coastal Empire) in Savannah, Pooler, and Richmond Hill are hosting this fitness challenge to benefit 3 local charities -- Xcel Strategies, Mana House in Rincon, and The Cottage of Bryan County.
