Event Description

Have you always dreamed of Kona? Well how about a mini version to start you off?

Beach entry into your 800 Meter swim along the tellico dam for and out over and back swim course.  Two loops will get you OLYMPIC!

Come out onto the beach and make your way to our transition area to hit out on the 16 mile rolling hill bike course. the olympic course will take you a little further for an even more scenic (if thats possible) 25 miles.  The sights are beautiful!

How about a run that takes you out and back along the dam to a finish to remember....You know at PBR its all about you.  

We are adding the Olympic as well as a 5k/10k run only course! So bring your friends and put them to work running!

Triathletes will get a custom BOCO truckers hat while supplies last.  Order will go in March 1st so make sure you register early!

With the current situation of the world, we are taking every measure possible to keep everyone safe! Please be patient as we figure out the best way to triathlon the safest way.  We will email out all the details as we get them finalized with the social distancing aspect.

Thursday - Packet Pickup 5:30-7:30pm- Knoxville, The Long Run - store location

Race Day 5:30am Transition opens to athletes that have already picked up their packets

6am Packet pickup day of opens

7:20am Line up at swim start

7:30am Swimmers start! Storm the beaches!

8am 5k/10k starts

The rest is up to you! No course limits, but please make sure you are trained for the distance you sign up for!
