Become a TRAIL Blazer and join the challenge!

The Boys & Girls Club of Flagstaff program “On the T.R.A.I.L. to Diabetes Prevention” is hosting a virtual run challenge. The TRAIL Blazer challenge can be done in, out or around your home town while practicing social distancing.

Our program is aimed to educate Native American youth about Type 2 Diabetes prevention and how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. This is our community education project to encourage youth and their families to get outside and moving! By participating in the challenge, we hope adults can have conversations about living a healthy lifestyle, nutrition, what is Type 2 Diabetes and how it can be prevented.
