Join us virtually for our seventh year!

Normally, Cupid’s Crush is a 5 mile road race that takes place Valentine’s Day weekend around the lake and over the hills of Druid Hill Park. In 2021, Cupid's Crush is a virtual 5 mile event that you run wherever the heck you want in the days leading up to the February holiday. Unprecedented times, man.

We didn't want to have to cancel another race, but there's no way we'll be able to secure the permits and then have a couple hundred people gather in the same place at the same time this winter. A virtual event allows us to keep our streak alive and it gives you an opportunity to test your fitness and rightfully earn the coveted Cupid's Crush Pom Pom Knit Hat.

Here's how it's gonna work: you choose whether you want to pick up your Pom Hat from Falls Road Running Store, or if you want it shipped to you. Then, in February, you'll have a two week window to complete your 5 mile run. Once completed, you just upload your results to our leaderboard. True Cupid's Crush streakers will obviously want to run the hills in Druid Hill Park - and obviously you'll get extra points if you do. You can view the course map on Strava.

Note: only the first 200 runners that register will receive the Cupid’s Crush Pom Pom Knit Hat! We'll let you know by email when they're available for pickup and when they'll be shipped out. Late January-ish.
