Event Description

Come out to beautiful Nathan Benderson Park and challenge your self to an accurate chip timed 5k with live results, t-shirts, medal/magnet to all finishers and New Balance gift certificates to age group winners.

To stay safe and keep our social distance we have three, 1 hour time slots to choose from. Pick the 1 hour time slot good for you. Come any time during that hour. When the starting line is clear go ahead and start you race.  You do not have to feel rushed to get to the starting line. Start when you are ready and at your own pace!

The entry fee is $25 until 2/1, includes T-shirt and medal/magnet guarantee. $30 from 2/2 to 2/6. There is no race day registration.  Register early for the discounted fee and to guarantee a shirt! To encourage youth and families to run the race, the fee for participants 18 and under is only $10 (includes T-shirt and medal/magnet)

Results: Your accurate chip time and current overall and age group place will be texted to your phone and live on this site.  Please remember your overall and age group place will not be final until the last person has crossed the finish line at approximately 12 noon.

Age Group Awards: $5 New Balance Gift Certificate to top 3 in age group. Age Groups: 10 & under, 11-12 13-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+   Available at the New Balance Store (315 N Cattleman road Sarasota, Fl 34243) The awards will be available starting Monday 2/8.

Packet Pick Up: Saturday February 6 from 11 am to 6pm at the New Balance Store (315 N Cattleman road Sarasota, Fl 34243) Packet Pick Up Race day starting at 7 am at Nathan Benderson Park.

Virtual Race: Sign up by January 29th 2021 and we will mail you a Super Sunday T-shirt, medal/magnet, and bib number. On Super Sunday run a 5k course near you and submit your time HERE. No awards for the virtual race

Proceeds: from the race go to support the Boys and Girls Club.
