Fun community event! + Fundraiser

Welcome to the NO BRAIN, NO GAIN! Walk/Run: This virtual race is a great way to start the year with your best foot forward (literally and symbolically). It is a great way to stay motivated with your health and fitness goals. Run, walk, jump or skip around the neighborhood, at your favorite park, on your favorite trail, on a treadmill, or simply walk your dog around the block. In addition to the race, we are challenging each participant to put some LOVE into their brain and push their bodies to go the extra mile (literally and symbolically). Let's work together to make physical movement a lifestyle to better the wellbeing of our BRAINS. 

At our organization, we believe that movement precedes development, hence a healthier brain. We have found that most of our students who struggle with learning and/or behavior often times are not getting enough physical activity or enough brain breaks throughout the day. We will dedicate 100% of the proceeds to partial scholarships for students who need our services, but can't afford it.
