Location: This year, Capital Area Community Services  5K Run/Walk is going to be Virtual!   This means you can run/walk wherever you'd like since we will not be gathering as a group due to the coronavirus pandemic.  

How does this work?  You are able to run/walk wherever you'd like...and anytime!  Registration will be open from December 16th 2020 to February 27th 2021

Will I get a shirt?  YES! Walk for Warmth participants will receive a free T-shirt for all adult runners. These are available for pick-up only and will not be shipped.

Can kids participate in the Race?  YES!  If your child is able to do 3.1 miles, then register for the 5K. There is also a FREE Kids Mile option.

Will I get a bib number?  No 

Can my dog run/walk with me?  YES!    As long as you are in a place where dogs are ok to be there, too...then enjoy!  *No cost for dogs!

Will there be awards?  NO

Will there be Race Bags? NO
