The New Year is a time to set new challenges and goals, try things we've never done, improve upon the things we already do, and for some it's about getting better, stronger, or faster! Get out of the gates early this year by joining us in running at least one mile each day in January. Whether it be one mile, five, or ten miles - getting out there is all that matters!

New England winters can really test us. That's why we are starting the Resolution Run Streak this January, as an opportunity to reconnect with the running community during this time when these connections feel distant, and commit to a healthier you in 2022! 

The goal is to run at least one mile every day in January. A streak of 31 miles in 31 days - sun or snow, rain or shine! Run anywhere at any pace, whether it be on the roads, trails, or your treadmill.

In 2021, our garage ended up being full of great swag, so to extend the holiday spirit we'll be regifting Rhode Races gear to all who register! Your registration includes swag from previous years, as well as a virtual bib, finisher certificate and finisher badge as part of the virtual experience.

The Challenge includes a leader board which will track total distance completed.  So keep yourself motivated by watching those miles rack up, and keep yourself competitive by measuring against your fellow competitors - either in time or mileage.

It is our hope that we'll be able to safely toe the starting line together and share that energy and anticipation we all love so much, but until that is possible let’s commit to connecting as a running community and cheer each other on from afar!
